ASI CENTURY SYSTEM

ASI CENTURY SYSTEMS involve a number of specialized commercial epoxy combinations for an unlimited variety of commercial needs. ASI EPO-WAL, EPO-FLOR, and EPO-POOL are strong, non-porous, pigmented and cost-effective products. ASI SHADE-TEX and COLOR-TEX are skid resistant products provided in single and multi colors. ASI DURA-STONE is our strongest troweled-in-place product for maximum strength obligations. ASI welcomes the use of our DECORA and CENTURY products together to produce the highest durability in a truly original finish.

ASI EPO-WAL SYSTEM is a monolithic coating that is used in conjunction with other ASI sub-coatings for wall surfaces that are prone to moisture infiltration from sub-grade areas, such as basements, and other conditions where "wicking" may be a problem. For areas where there is a greater infiltration problem due to increased pressures, the ASI EPO-WAL SYSTEM's compressive strength can be a maximum of 18,000 PSI. This product is especially effective in areas that are sensitive to bacteria as in restaurants, kitchens, food prep areas, coolers, freezers, and waste storage areas. Because it is monolithic, it is resistant to pests and can be cleaned with water and chemicals without damage to the system.

ASI EPO-FLOR SYSTEM is a monolithic coating that is ideal for surfaces that are more "utilitarian" such as those used in manufacturing and work shop environments, and moderately trafficked pedestrian areas where a clean appearance in required, but a decorative effect is not. For those areas where there is a need for a skid resistant surface and/or resistance to oils and other chemicals, the ASI EPO-FLOR is the perfect "problem solver product". ASI EPO-FLOR SYSTEM can be applied in environments where other coatings fail and the coatings must be frequently replaced. ASI can prepare and apply its EPO-FLOR SYSTEM so that it bonds to and effectively becomes a part of the original material to which it is applied. The ASI EPO-FLOR SYSTEM is also particularly effective for refinishing machinery where previous coatings have failed and need frequent maintenance or replacement. It is impervious to most of the chemicals used in today's commercial and industrial facilities.

ASI EPO-POOL SYSTEM is a monolithic coating for swimming pools, hot tubs, and fountains. The traditional colors for these applications are white, cream, or blue. However, ASI EPO-POOL SYSTEM can be virtually any color you desire.

ASI NEO SYSTEM is a unique product that addresses the issue of surfaces that have a tendency to move in one way or another and produce surface cracks. This product can be used either horizontally or vertically as well as on inclines to mend visible cracks and will accept any of the other decorative systems ASI offers. Non-skid can be added in areas where that would be beneficial and, when topped with the coatings ASI has available, creates a very durable surface.
