ABOUT ASI
ADVANCED SURFACING INDUSTRIES, INC. (ASI) was founded in 1989 by John R. Maddox. Since that time, ASI has become known for its quality of products, workmanship, design, and the artistic ability of its people. We have been privileged to contribute to many projects across the nation and abroad.
All ASI materials are produced by its own
manufacturing company and are unavailable to anyone outside of ASI. ASI's products are formulated to meet the specific
requirements of each project. ASI, therefore,
provides features and benefits beyond what is commonly available in the marketplace
today. ASI systems are used on walls and floors, in both
interior and exterior applications. ASI can
also build and coordinate systems for storefront facades, retaining walls,
driveways, water features, landscaping, roof decks & roofing, modular
panels, counters, kitchen & bath sinks, bathtubs & showers, and furnishings.
ASI has developed the ability of adhering
to virtually any hard surface in all new construction or in the rehabilitating
of existing surfaces.
ASI SYSTEMS are :
- Lightweight (up to 5-times lighter than ceramic tile)
- Monolithic
- Colorfast
- Stain and chip resistant
- Fireproof
- Waterproof
- Zero freeze-thaw rating
- USDA approved (non-porous and highly resistant to microbes and bacteria)
- Mold and mildew resistant
- Compressive strengths to 6500 PSI (Decora Systems) up to 18,000 PSI (Century Systems), which is 2 to 10 times stronger than concrete.
- Skid resistant surfacing available
ASI SYSTEMS can :
- be applied to most new or existing surfaces
- be utilized where other surfaces cannot (Systems
as thin as 1/8”)
